Looking for a place to host a wedding, handfasting, group rite, or other private camping event? Reserve Spirit Haven Ranch – 100+ acres of beautiful land in Flatonia, Texas. You don’t have to be a member to rent our Land, but members do get special, discounted rates.
This deposit can be applied to the rental fee at the end of the event with approval from the Spirit Haven representative that attends the event and verifies that there is no damage to the property.
This is a flat fee, calculated based on the number of attendees at your event.
If you access any standard outlet, you will be assessed a $5 fee per outlet (outlet being defined as the 2 plugs on one single outlet).
If you access any RV outlet (standard or RV), you will be assessed a $25 fee per outlet (outlet being defined as the 2 plugs on one single outlet).
If you access a water drop (including member-owned drops), you will be assessed a $5 fee per drop accessed. This helps offset the wear and tear on our pumps. Water is NON-POTABLE - do not drink water from the spigots on Spirit Haven Ranch.

There MUST be a Spirit Haven representative (Board member or Ranch Staff) on-site for the duration of your event. This is to ensure everyone involved has the best experience possible.
When renting Spirit Haven Ranch for private use, you MUST have your own event insurance (small or big) and arrange for your own port-a-potties to be delivered, cleaned, and picked up.

Spirit Haven Ranch is a LEAVE NO TRACE property. We live by the motto “pack it in, pack it out!” Any trash generated by you or your guests MUST be disposed of off-site. You will be assessed a trash fee if we discover damage and/or trash left on Spirit Haven Ranch. Please, be good stewards of our Home.
