Festival is an event just for our members – one of the many perks of joining Spirit Haven! We keep our events private and members-only to keep our membership safe while we gather to celebrate. We understand that several members are not “out” to their friends, family, or employers, and confidentiality is one of our core values as an organization.
You’ll need a valid Event Registration. Can’t make it? Event Registration is refundable up until the final registration window closes. After that, and within 30 days after Festival ends, you may request a 75% refund of your fee. Or, you can roll your paid registration over to one of the next two festivals if you prefer.
During Festival, you’ll need to complete two hours of Community Service. As Spirit Haven is entirely volunteer-run and Festivals take a lot of work to put on, we need your help keeping everyone safe and informed and to keep Festival running smoothly!
Festivals at Spirit Haven Ranch are LEAVE NO TRACE events. We live by the value of stewardship and the saying “Pack It In, Pack It Out!” This means that any and all trash you generate at Festival needs to be taken with you at departure and disposed of off of the Ranch.

A Saturday Pass grants you entry to festival on Saturday when the gates open at 8:00 am – and you can stay overnight to attend Great Works on Sunday!
All attendees (except Teardown Crew) must be packed up and off property on Sunday, October 26, 2025, by 5:00 pm (including cleanup).

Want to set up camp and get settled before Festival officially starts? Add Wednesday Entry during your festival registration, and come on out at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday! Here’s the pricing breakdown:
Are you a Sacred Space Coordinator, previous board member, vendor, approved Festival Staff, or have a Lifetime with Event membership? You can get the Wednesday Entry fee waived! Just be sure to select your exemption when you register and complete your registration in full (including payment).
Please note that members who register for Wednesday Entry but are NOT exempt from the Wednesday Entry fee are required to check in with Carol’s Corner for pre-festival volunteer task assignment. More information on this will be available through registration and email communication, but please email board@spirit-haven.org with any questions.
